DELIVERY

Delivery prices are stated at checkout

At Stella5 we always try to process your orders quickly, and items are usually despatched within 2 days of ordering. However, some orders may take a little longer to process, so please allow 7 working days for UK orders to arrive and 14 days for International. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out of stock or due for delivery. We'll contact you if there's going to be a delay.

Orders received for multiple items may be delivered in separate packages

Please bear in mind, most deliveries will require a signature

Multiple purchases may qualify for delivery discounts, please contact us if you are interested in purchasing multiple products prior to checkout to see if this is possible and we will arrange a discount code

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to stella5uk@blueyonder.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy as stated below
